Welcome, and thank you for your trust. A little bit about me:
I come from medical background, having been a clinical pharmacist for a couple of decades. Throughout the years, I have learned to recognize the immense power of the mind-body connection, and sought training ‘in the other half” of our being.

During my studies in Counselling Psychology, I have gained a broad spectrum of knowledge in psychotherapy, from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) – brief but efficient practical approaches, to more analytical concepts. I am a Certified Anxiety Informed Professional (CAIP).

The interdisciplinary perspective empowers my clients with a comprehensive view of the issues they encounter. I am a passionate researcher of the effect of gut health and the environmental factors on mental wellbeing. My own fertility journey had enriched the training I had acquired in matters related to fertility.

I am completing my internship under the supervision of an experienced licensed therapist, Dr Laurie Ponsford-Hill, the founder of The Counselling House. My supervised clinical practice includes individual, couples and groups therapy. I work with teenagers, adolescents, adults and seniors. Having been exposed to various cultures throughout my life, I celebrate my clients’ diversity. mission to encourage self-actualization through compassion and holistic healing, to help my clients achieve a meaningful and lasting positive change.
