Our Programs
Family Mediation
Participating in The Counselling House Mediation Services allows you to engage in a voluntary process in which a couple or family attempts to resolve their disputes during a separation or divorce.
Anger Management Program
Do anger and conflict follow you? There is something missing from the traditional Anger Management Programs out there.
Weight Loss Program
Until you understand the fundamentals of your thoughts and the influence of those thoughts over your emotions and resulting behaviours, your unhealthy habits will continue to be detrimental to your goals.
Depression Care Program
Participating in our Depression Care Program is a first step to living a happier more fulfilling life. This program consists of 10 sessions and the helpful support of a workbook.
